1984

Ayrton signed for 3-years with Toleman, the team that should get his name in F1 for good. But he broke the contract to race with Lotus at the end of 1984, Toleman would suspend him for 1 race, the Italian. 1984 was also the year that Ayrton for the first and only time, he wouldn't be qualified for the race, because of the tyres at Imola.

On may 12, the Nurburgring would be re-opened, to celebrate, they oranized a race, with all former champions plus new talents, Senna raced too, against guys like Lauda, Prost, Watson, De Angelis, Scheckter, Moss, P.Hill, Reutemann, and many more, who won?

Senna ofcourse, Lauda came 2nd.

15 July, Senna would race is first and only sportscar race, due to problems he and his teammates(Johansson and Pescarolo) would come in 8th

1985

His first real competitive car, the Lotus should give Ayrton his first succesess, he would partner Elio De Anglis. Lotus 97T Renault would be Senna's car during 1985.
